
鞋类标准,鞋类验货国际标准ISO标准详解
国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,缩写ISO)是世界上最大的国际标准化机构,成立于1947年2月23日。总部设在瑞士日内瓦。ISO是非政府性国际组织,不属于联合国,但它是联合国的甲级咨询机构,并与联合国许多组织和专业机构保持密切联系。在制鞋领域,对口的国际标准化组织主要有3个,分别为:
ISO/TC 137“鞋号标识和标记体系”, ISO/TC 216“鞋类”和 ISO/TC 94/SC 3“足部防护”。
1 ISO/TC 137标准化组织及标准概述
国际标准化组织ISO/TC 137“鞋号标识和标记体系/Footwear sizing designations and marking systems”主要负责基于脚测量的鞋号体系,鞋号标识和标记的标准化,鞋号范围(单位和号差)的标准化,鞋楦或类似设备的校正体系的标准化,术语等国际标准。

2. ISO/TC 216 标准化组织及标准概述
国际标准化组织ISO/TC 216“鞋类/Footwear”主要负责鞋类部件的方法标准、术语和性能要求;整鞋的方法标准和术语。不包括专业用鞋(已被ISO/TC 94所涵盖)和鞋号标识和标记体系(已被ISO/TC 137所涵盖)。
目前ISO/TC 216下设4个工作组,ISO/TC 216/WG 1 鞋用部件的最低性能要求和试验方法,ISO/TC 216/WG 2 鞋类和环境,ISO/TC 216/WG 3 术语,ISO/TC 216/WG 5 鞋类和微生物。
国际标准化组织ISO/TC 216体系的构建沿袭欧盟国家的质量控制理念--通过控制材料或鞋类部件性能及质量来实现对鞋类整鞋产品质量的控制,因此其标准体系框架以方法标准为主体,并辅以鞋类相关的基础标准和鞋类部件产品的技术报告(TR),方法标准中主要是对各部件的物理机械性能的检测、少量整鞋性能的检测以及鞋和鞋类部件中化学限量物质的检测方法,体系中没有整鞋的产品标准。
截止至2021年11月ISO/TC 216 发布标准共86项。其中,基础标准4项,鞋类部件的产品标准(技术报告TR)8项,其余74均为试验方法标准:化学方法10项,物理方法64项(物理方法中有4项为整鞋检测试验方法)。

3. ISO/TC 94/SC 3 标准化组织及标准概述
国际标准化组织ISO/TC 94“个体安全-个体防护装备/Personal safety –Personal protective equipment”主要负责个体防护装备性能标准化,旨在保护穿用者免受所有已知的可能危害。其下设的ISO/TC 94/SC 3“足部保护/Foot protection”分技术委员会主要负责足部防护相关的标准化工作。
