Initial production inspection 
Initial production inspection refers to the inspection conducted when 5% to 10% of the batch products are completed. We can be entrusted to conduct initial spot checks or first-piece inspections. Initial production inspection is one of the best methods to ensure that your products meet your requirements. Through the inspection of suppliers, the quality of the large-scale production later can be guaranteed, ensuring that your orders are shipped on time, and ultimately winning customer satisfaction.

Mid-production inspection 
Mid-production inspection refers to the process where, when 30% to 50% of the batch of products have been completed, we can be entrusted to conduct product sampling checks. Mid-production inspection is beneficial for improving the production process and quality, ensuring that the products meet the production specifications before shipment. Mid-production inspection can also further control your suppliers to ensure that your orders are shipped on time, the products comply with regulations, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.

Final production inspection 
The final production inspection, also known as pre-shipment inspection (PSI), is the most effective inspection method for confirming the quality level of the entire batch of goods. It usually requires 100% of the goods to be completed in production and at least 80% of the goods to have been packed. The final production inspection is applicable to almost all types of consumer goods. The final production report is usually an important document used by importers for authorizing shipment and triggering payment.

Container loading supervision 
The final and most crucial step in the quality control process is to ensure that the goods shipped to the destination market are the batches as requested by the customers, namely container supervision of loading. Container supervision of loading is usually carried out at the factory, freight forwarding warehouse or freight port. Inspectors check the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped according to the customer's order, corresponding product quality requirements and packing list, to ensure that qualified and accurate products are loaded. Then, the inspectors supervise the entire loading process to ensure that the container is in good condition and the loading quantity and method are correct.

Full inspection 
When the production of the product is 100% completed, before or after the product packaging, we, according to the customer's requirements, conduct inspections on the appearance, craftsmanship, functionality, safety and the inspection points specified by the customer for each product in the full inspection factory or at the location designated by the customer. We strictly distinguish between good and defective products and promptly report the inspection results to the customer.
