I. Inspection Standards for the Desktop Section
The desktop material is mainly divided into two types: thin sheet table (with veneer) and solid wood table. The inspectors need to conduct a detailed inspection item by item according to the following standards. 
1. Inspection of grooves on thin sheets
Tools: Tape measure 

Forming dimension tolerance: ±1mm 
The depth of the mother slot can be 1mm deeper than the required depth, but it cannot be shallower. 
The thin sheet must not have any cracks. 
There must be no gaps when assembling the thin pieces together. 
No tape marks allowed 
The color of the thin sheet should meet the requirements of the finished product. 
Judgment: Anything exceeding the tolerance limits or showing signs of cracking, gaps, etc. is considered non-compliant. 
2. Edge Sealing Inspection 

The color difference of the edge treatment on the same dining table should not be too large. 
Edge sealing tightness: Measured by a thin sheet no larger than 0.6mm. 
Judgment: If there is a significant color difference or if the edge sealing gap exceeds the standard, it will be classified as a major defect. 
3. Inspection of Desktop Mold Dimensions
Tools: Tape measure 
The size tolerance can be within ±2mm and is acceptable. 
Judgment: Anything outside this range is judged as不合格. 
4. Blade Type Inspection
Reference: Drawings 
The blade shape should match the drawing exactly, without any phenomena such as misalignment, blackening, or cracking. 
Judgment: If any one item does not meet the requirements, it is considered unqualified. 
5. Pattern Symmetry Inspection
Requirement: The patterned lines on the tabletop should be symmetrical, with a deviation of no more than 2mm. 
Decision: If the deviation exceeds 2mm, it will not be accepted. 
6. Hole Drilling and Tapping Inspection
Tools: Calipers 

The hole position, diameter and depth are consistent with the drawing. 
The hole tolerance is ±1mm, which is acceptable. 
The hole depth tolerance of ±0.5mm is acceptable. 
Judgment: Anything beyond the tolerance limit is considered non-compliant. 
7. Inspection of Forming of Edge Materials for Thin Panel Tables
Reference: Drawings 

The shape matches the drawing exactly. 
The length tolerance of the common mortise is ±0.5mm, which is acceptable. 
The thickness tolerance of ±0.5mm is acceptable. 
8. Inspection after Desktop Assembly Test items:

The side panel and the middle panel slide smoothly. 
The side plates and middle plates are assembled and then placed left and right in alignment. 
All the components are firmly assembled and there is no looseness. 
There is no protrusion at the nail holes on the tabletop, and no nails are exposed. 
The assembly of the middle plate and side plate should be tight: It is considered as being tight when a 0.6mm thin sheet cannot be inserted. 
Assembly accuracy of Taiya: Accepted when a 1mm thin sheet cannot be inserted. 
Judgment: If any one item does not meet the requirements, it will be regarded as unqualified. 
II. Inspection Standards for the Lower Seat Assembly
During the processing of the lower seat assembly, the inspectors must conduct the inspection according to the drawings and specifications. 
1. Dimension and hole position inspection
Tools: Tape measure, caliper 

Length tolerance ±1mm 
Pitch tolerance: ±1mm 
Diameter tolerance: ±0.5mm 
2. Inspection of inner and outer teeth / double-headed teeth position
Requirement: The position should be correct and not skewed. 
3. Inspection of table foot shape
Requirement: The shape of the feet should match the drawing. 
4. Inspection of sanding condition
Time: Before applying the top coat coating 
The sanding is of good quality. For specific methods, please refer to the sanding inspection standard specification. 
Judgment: Poor sanding will affect the adhesion of the coating, and rework is required. 
III. Inspection after the entire dining table is assembled
The inspector needs to conduct the final inspection of the finished product: 
Stability: There must be no swaying or assembly difficulties. 
Desk levelness: Measure a horizontal straight line from both ends. The height difference should not exceed 1mm, and there should be no situation where one end is higher than the other. 
Judgment: Anything exceeding the standard is judged as不合格.
