What are the standards and methods for inspecting wireless Bluetooth headphones?

1. Bluetooth headset inspection sampling standards and sampling plan:
Sampling standard: ISO 2859-1
Sampling plan:
Normal inspection single sampling plan, sampling level: G-III or S-4
Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL): Extremely severe, not allowed; Severe 0.25; Slight 0.4
Sample size: G-III 125 units; S-4 13 units

2. Basic safety, function and workmanship inspection of Bluetooth headsets

  • 2.1 Inspection of Bluetooth headset sales packaging <br>Packaging is correct; color box/PVC bag is not damaged; surface printing is correct or defective; barcode is correct or defective.

  • 2.2 Appearance inspection of Bluetooth headsets <br>The appearance must be free of scratches, poor paint, poor silk screen printing, and mold marks; no color changes, mold, or rust; the body must be free of deformation, cracks, or damage; there must be no defects in switches, control buttons, knobs, screws, etc.; there must be no foreign objects inside the body.

  • 2.8 Functional safety inspection of Bluetooth headsets <br>No safety hazards caused by water leakage; no safety lock failure/ineffectiveness; no safety hazards caused by damage/deformation/melting of the casing; no moving parts that are dangerous to touch; the handle/button/switch is securely fixed and will cause safety hazards if loose; no sharp corners/edges formed by normal use or user maintenance; basic insulation in Class II structure is accessible; live parts are accessible.

3. Bluetooth headset inspection: internal process inspection <br>Reliability of ground connection; effectiveness of power cord fixation; no cold welds or poor solder joints; no loose parts (switches, motors, controls, etc.); wire troughs should be smooth and without sharp edges; no internal foreign matter.
