1. Lead Content Control (16 CFR 1303)

Metal hardware (buttons/snap fasteners/zippers/grommets):

2. Small Parts Safety (16 CFR 1501)

Applicable objects : children's clothing under 3 years old

Prohibited Items :

Buttons or decorations with a diameter of less than 31.7mm (must pass a 70N tensile test)

Knots and loops with a length of more than 6mm

Parts that can easily fall off (sequins/rhinestones/beads)

Test method :

Apply 50N tension and maintain for 10 seconds
-
If it falls off or the size is less than 31.7mm, it is unqualified.

3. Drawstring Ban (ASTM F1816-21)

Head and Neck Ban (Tops Sizes 2T-12):

Any drawstrings on the hood/neck are prohibited

Waist/Hem Drawstring (Tops Sizes 2T-16):
