1. Appearance inspection

The product appearance should be free of obvious scratches, cracks, stains, rust and other defects that affect performance and appearance.

All parts must be assembled according to the drawings and operating instructions, without missing parts, missing components or incorrect installation directions.

All types of screws must be installed according to the specified torque to ensure that they are firm and not loose, and there is no floating or stripping.
2. Performance Testing

Transport drop test (except fragile items)
The product is subjected to 10 drop tests according to ISTA 1A standards. After the test, the packaging must not have severe or moderate defects, and the product itself must have no functional or structural damage. -
Product size and weight measurement <br>Measurements are carried out according to product specifications and confirmed samples. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the size and weight tolerances should be controlled within ±3%.

Assembly and installation inspection <br>Confirm against the instructions that all components are complete, the assembly process is reasonable and feasible, and that the structure is stable and functions normally after assembly.

Special function inspection (only applicable to functions that can be inspected after full assembly)
All sign functions, such as installation/adjustment and actual use functions (such as lifting, tilting, armrest adjustment, etc.) must comply with design requirements. -
Tape Adhesion Test <br>Use 3M 600 tape or equivalent to perform adhesion test on all spray-coated, hot stamping, UV-coated, and printed areas. No more than 10% of the surface should be peeled off.

Static load test <br>Apply load according to different usage scenarios for 1 hour. No structural damage or permanent deformation occurs after the test:

Stability testing

Forward stability : Apply a 600N force 60mm from the seat edge through a loading pad, and then apply a 20N pull horizontally at the seat connection;

Backward stability : Apply a force of 600N to the seat surface and a maximum force of 80N to the backrest stress point (300mm upward from the seat connection point) to check whether it overturns.
