1. Inspection tools:

   • Basic measuring tools: ruler, vernier caliper, plug gauge, comparison piece, sample, knife.

   • Test equipment: barcode scanner, factory-provided tester (speaker sensitivity/frequency response).

   • Auxiliary supplies: anti-static gloves/finger cots, dust cloth, alcohol, sealing tape, 3M 600 transparent tape.

   • Test equipment: A mobile phone with Bluetooth function.

2. Test environmental conditions:

   • Temperature: 15-35℃

   • Humidity: 20%-75%

   • Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa-106kPa

   • Vision: Inspector's vision ≥1.0 (including correction)

   • Distance: The distance between human eyes and the surface of the object being measured is about 300mm±50mm

   • Lighting: 40W fluorescent lamp (directly above), light source 500mm-550mm from the object, illumination 1000±200Lux

   • Angle: The product viewing surface is 45° to the desktop and can be rotated 45° up, down, left and right for viewing.

3. Appearance inspection:

   • Casing: No scratches, poor paint/silk screen printing, mold marks, burrs, color changes, mold, rust, deformation, cracks, or damage.

   • Assembly: The shell gap fits well and there is no looseness.

   • Parts: switches, buttons, knobs, screws, etc. are free of defects.

   • Accessories: Ear caps, USB charging cables, etc. are in good condition.

   • Internal: No foreign matter.

4. On-site general project testing:

   • Barcode scanning: The outer box barcode and sales packaging barcode must be scannable and correct.

   • Odor inspection: The sales packaging and the product itself have no odor.

   • Dimensions and weight: Measure product size and weight.

   • Coating adhesion test (3M 600 tape method): After testing, the surface of spray painting/hot stamping/UV/printing has the content falling off ≤10%.

   • Nameplate friction test: After wiping with water for 15 seconds and alcohol/gasoline for 15 seconds, there is no significant change on the nameplate and the writing is clearly readable.

   • Speaker impedance test: The impedance of the left and right channels is the same (usually in the range of 8-32 ohms).

   • Speaker sensitivity/frequency response test: Using dedicated testers, the results must meet customer specifications.

   • Battery voltage test: Measure the voltage.

   • LED indicator test: Status indicators such as power on, power off, pairing, incoming call, talk time, charging, and fully charged must be consistent with the instructions.

   • Internal workmanship inspection: Reliable grounding, effective fixing of power cord, good solder joints (no cold solder/bad solder), no loose parts, smooth wire trough without sharp edges, and no foreign matter.

5. On-site functional testing:

   • Power on/off: Press the multi-function button for 4 seconds or longer to turn the device on or off.

   • pair: Can enter pairing state and successfully pair with a Bluetooth phone.

   • Basic functions: Follow the instructions to test whether answering calls, volume adjustment, voice dialing, button functions, smart sensing, etc. are normal.

   • Wireless distance: The connection is stable and functions normally within the distance specified in the manual (usually ≤10 meters/33 feet).

   • Call Quality: There is no noise, echo, or "crackling" during the call, and no noticeable heat within 10 minutes of the call.

   • Charging function: It can charge normally, the indicator light status is correct (for example, the green light is on after charging for 1.5 hours, indicating it is fully charged), and the body does not heat up during charging.

6. Packaging and component inspection:

   • consistency: The packaging color and quantity are consistent with the product list.

   • size: The packaging size is within the packaging guidelines.

   • Completeness: The color box/PVC bag is not damaged.

   • print: The surface printing is correct and there is no defect.
