Container loading supervision
What is container loading supervision?
Loading Supervision means that when goods are being loaded into a container, under the on-site supervision of a loading supervisor, usually an inspector, the goods are safely, accurately and properly loaded into the container to ensure that your goods are safely loaded in good condition and ready for shipment.
Container loading supervision is carried out at the factory, freight forwarder warehouse or freight port. First, the inspector checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped according to the order provided by the customer and the corresponding product quality requirements and packing list to ensure that the products of qualified quality and correct quantity are loaded. Then, the inspector supervises the entire loading process to ensure that the container is in good condition and the loading quantity and method are correct.
After the monitoring is completed, a detailed monitoring report will be issued to the customer within 24 hours (working days).
What is the container loading supervision process?
1. Quantity check 2. Product and packaging check 3. Loading condition and container condition check 4. Loading check 5. Seal check
1. Quantity verification
Calculate the quantity of each item by order quantity, shipment quantity, packaged quantity, packaged carton quantity, and uncompleted quantity to ensure the accurate product packaging quantity in each export carton.
2. Product and packaging inspection
Based on the inspection information provided by the customer, including confirmation samples, technical information, product specifications, orders, etc., we will randomly sample and inspect the product appearance, packaging, marks and labels, etc.
3. Inspection of loading conditions and container status
Check the inside of the container: no damage, clean floor, clear container number, no errors/missing. During the day, you can close the door to see if there is any light leakage. During rainy days, you can check if there are any water marks on the floor, walls, and roof.
All containers should be free of damage, breakage, dirt, and moisture. The container number should be correct according to the specifications provided by the shipper. Take photos of the entire container and the container number, the interior view of the empty container, etc.
4. Loading inspection
Check all cartons. Replace or repair any damp, damaged, broken or defective packaging. Take photos of empty cartons, 1/4 filled, 2/4 filled, 3/4 filled, 100% filled and with the right door closed. Take photos of the entire cartons with both doors closed. If the cartons are not completely filled, stack them up gradually to provide a buffer to prevent them from falling off when the door is opened.

5. Seal verification
Make sure the container door is properly closed and seal the container with the shipping company seal or the third-party inspection company seal.
What are the benefits of container loading supervision?
1. Randomly check the quality of the goods in the packaging box to ensure that the shipped goods are the correct batch on the customer's order;
2. Ensure the quantity of the shipped goods;
3. Ensure that the container environment is good and suitable for transportation, including humidity and odor;
4. Check the packaging and packing status of the goods to reduce damage to the goods due to improper packaging or placement during transportation;
