-
-
Installation specifications
-
Split connecting pipe: 5.0m for ≤10kg/h; 7.5m for >10kg/h (the manufacturer's length may be longer based on actual requirements, outdoor section ≥3m).
-
During the dehumidification test, close the ventilation door and adjust to the maximum dehumidification state.
-
-
Key test processes
-
Overflow insulation : block the drain hole → short-circuit the water full protection → run with overflow for 1 hour → measure the insulation resistance (≥2MΩ).
-
Limit heat exchange : block the condenser fan → trigger protection → restart and run for 1 hour.
-
Power failure : Power off for 5 seconds during operation → restart → run for 1 hour.
-
Safety Testing :
-
Protection against electric shock: Type B probe (20N force) touches live parts.
-
Protection of moving parts: 0.5J impact shield + 5N force probe test.
-
-
Standby power : 23±5℃ environment, measure the average power after 1h of standby.
-
Note : Some tests (such as dynamic load) are not applicable to process dehumidifiers (G type); all data processing must be corrected for fan power according to GB/T17758 (when the static pressure of air outlet ≠ 0Pa).
Summary : Through the above comprehensive inspection, it is ensured that the dehumidifier meets the standards in terms of materials, process, performance (dehumidification efficiency, stability under extreme working conditions), safety (electrical, structural protection) and special functions (purification/sterilization), thus ensuring user safety and product reliability.
