I. General Requirements for Automobile Seat Inspection and Certification

Outer surface stitching: The stitching should be firm and there should be no loose stitches, open seams, broken threads, or skipped stitches. The surface should be smooth, full, and tidy, with no exposed thread ends, color fading, stains, damage, wrinkles, or scratches. 
Safety margin: There should be no sharp protrusions on the outer surface or inside of the seat that could endanger the safety of passengers. 
Dust-proof plastic cover: The sides must not be scratched. 
II. Functional Component Inspection (Adjustment Mechanism, Guide Rails, Headrest, Armrest)
Seat adjustment mechanism and guide rails: They should be adjustable with ease, lock securely, operate smoothly, and show no jamming. 
Electrical function keys: They should be reliable and flexible.

Overall dimensions: Comply with the technical specification requirements. 
Seat belt: Installed securely and correctly; it can automatically return to its original position after being pulled out, and it bears the CCC certification mark. 
Seat fabric: Strictly implemented in accordance with technical requirements (including tests for flame retardancy, wear resistance, color fastness, etc.). 
Strength and testing method: Compliant with standards such as GB 15083-2006 "Strength Requirements and Testing Methods for Automotive Seat Systems" and GB 11550-1995 "Performance Requirements and Testing Methods for Automotive Headrests".

Factory Audit: Inspect the welding, foaming, sewing, assembly and other processes of the seat production enterprise; Check the calibration records of testing equipment such as tensile machines and flame retardancy testers; Review the certification certificates of raw materials (fabrics, foams, metal parts) (such as CCC, flame retardancy certification, etc.). 
Inspection: Conduct random sampling inspections on each batch of products, including appearance, size, adjustment function, seat belt function, flame retardancy, etc.
